Soas is never used as a stabilizer, unless we're disoriented in some way and we can't locate. The first way i see to start to a support a healthy soas is not how to fix problems, but how to hep a healthy so. Like the more you can actually feel your bones,. And that means moving your joints, but also bone tapping, or weight or connection to ground, grounding, landing, feeling bone on land a. That's one thing that really helps. Two is starting to see the spine as more of a fish or a living river than a column. So then what? Well do we do?
