CNN's John Sutter spoke with Seattle chef and restaurateur Andrew Zimmern. He says he was inspired by a column in the Village Voice that mapped out New York City for him. His new project is to find really good fish and chips, so he drives half an hour from his home every time they serve it. "It gives me this opportunity to explore the city while also promoting businesses that are having trouble right now"
