A lot of people that approach the ketogenic diet, especially the high protein one, there's like conflicting reasoning behind it. If you're claiming all these things that keto does when you're in ketosis, but 90 plus percent of people aiming for the keto diet aren't actually in Ketosis, that's a big problem. A lot of people will also have either a day and their week or every two weeks where they can just eat carbs, it's almost like a cheat day. That completely, you start back at square one.
