Exogenous Keytones

Exogenous keytones could be used as a recovery tool rather than an intra work out performance type of thing. I tend to think of it in a couple of different, semi contradictory ways. One is if you're on a high fat diet, it would stand to reason that your body's going to know what to do with that exogenous key tone a little bit better than someone who's following a high carbohydrate diet. The other side would be, if you're already fallowing a low carbohydrate diet, have you already pulled that lever far enough where introducing exogenous key tones, there's only so much improvement you can make.
