The Importance of Rest in Running

I'd probably spend more time holding people back from how much they want to do. I've seen this with runners who always thought that going harder and harder was better than doing a little bit easier. So if you can have fewer miles per week, but get greater quality in that and greater recovery from it then that is better than just having the more must make me fit mentality.
