How to Do a 400 Meter Repeat Workout?

The classic version of this workout is four by 400 meters with a 400 meter jog recovery. You'll do it four times for your four 400 meter repetitions. And i think it's a great way of building confidence on the track, especially if you've never been on the track before. I'd love this for runners to get introduced to the track this way.
