i couldn't run, but i could go on the elliptical. I can do kettle bell swings. There's plenty that i can do. The stairmaster was a great form of cardio for me because there isn't as much knee flexion in the stairmaster so stair master is fine as well. Which is t just goes to show you it's all trial and error. And i spent a significant amount of time just going through, ok, this exercise hurts. This exercise doesn't. So n do the exercises that don't hurt. That's the perfect example of just trying to work around my injury, not working through my injury. But if you're thinking about trying jujitsu
