How to Protect Yourself From Being Abused Over and Over Again

There's a part of me that needs the other person to grasp that they hurt me. That you, that you don't get to misuse the human connection you have with others in order to fix them or correct their life. My fear is that people who think they somehow have a parental right to simply Lord over you for the rest of your life and to Have shared spaces be to their benefit without mutual respect. If I didn't, if I wasn't protected by it, then parts of me feel like I would have to just compromise myself continually having to always wear a mask and let. know the parent or the parent in law, justHave a higher degree of privilege in a shared space.
