The best un-burdening happens spontaneous. You know, it's like all of a sudden you stop and you reflect on something and you're like, huh, that really would have made me angry. And I'm not feeling that now. It's not the doing whatever. But most of the time it's just realizing that because I'm in relationship with those parts, I don't feel the need to carry the same things that they did. They let go of them because they trust.
