Jay Parini, Susan ward and Karen Novardes take the stage. They talk about their companies' post stock programmes for young scientists. Jay: I was wondering if each of you can comment on the training that happens more on the job for young scientists who join your organizations as junior lab heads or group leaders. Susan: We have very structured programme for leaders calld the unbossed leadership experience where we give people some tools to build psychological safety. Karen: There were way more similarities between my experience academi and industry then than i had been led to believe by discussing it with other peers.
