A lot of people don't touch speed work or say, oh, I just need to work the slow-titch aerobic capacity. You know, we kind of forget the import of strength. Short hills are a great way to do that. There's no such thing as speed, right? Talking about speed work, hill sprints, speed is an illusion. It doesn't exist. The only thing that's there is strength. And we need to be strong in order to run fast inorder to run long.
