The Importance of Feedback Forms
The less you evaluate yourself as you do something, the more freedom you have to just do it and then let the feedback of making a quote unquote mistake just inform you along the journey. I tell my clients all the time, everything is just data. Nothing is a negative meaning making or assumption about myself. Any quote unquote perceived bad thing is for me to just honestly, okay, that's good information for me to know. So if it's helpful feedback, which a lot of your quote unquote mistakes are, they're really teaching you what to do better next time.
