I think you might see increasingly where an international company that has operations in the US, maybe that's right for a selling opportunity. I can't say as a general rule that it's one or the other. It could be that a conglomerate started a business many years ago and they found out that it just isn't what we want. In trying to unwind that from an operational standpoint seems like an enormous amount of work.
