How to Strengthen a Hamstring Tendon Opposite

In the early stages, there's nothing beats hamstring curls flat. For a lot of hamstring tendin oppopies, just simply getting a good hamstring curl program will get rid of most of their pain. You then counsel the person about the fact that they don't want to be doing a lot of deep hip flexion or especially body on leg flexion work. Clearly, if they're a hockey player, you have to progress from leg curls because you would need to be doing some sort of power program as well and sport specific program.
