Cognitive Training and Cognitive Training
There are different ways to do like combined exercising cognitive tasks. sequential kind of training actually didn't work but what has been shown to be probably more beneficial for cognition is the doing it at the same time. People have generally done it with a road like walking on a treadmill and doing some kind of a game on the computer screen so that seems to have added cognitive benefit whereas the studies where it was done sequentially don't seem to be any better than just doing the exercise by itself. Just think it's fascinating the way that the seemingly peripheral physical body inverted commas is clearly obviously integrated with the central nervous system.
