It's like when you're procrastinating something, it's very simply you don't want to do it. You just think, I'll do it later. And then straight away, you get a little hit of like, oh, that feels good. It happens to me now all the time. But what Luke did was that he felt the fear, but he did it anyway. He had to sit with so much discomfort in order to do that. That is where that's the power of vulnerability and the example of resilience.
