How Am I Unpredictable as a Leader?

If you are surrounded by people that cannot or will not tell you the truth, your days of effectiveness are very, very numbered. We must be transparent. We need to be vulnerable ou now, i don't really know what we need to do right now. When we communicate information, we are communicating that we trust other people. And without trust, we don't have anything.
