Running - When You Peke?

i find that a really interesting phenomenon in running, this idea of when you peke. I've read a lot too about some runners actually peaking even in the early thirties. Molly sidel is the first ever athlete to have on foot locker cross country national championships in high school then gone on to win an olympic metal. i only ran six days a week in hih, always took one day off. But now, i couldn't imagine doing the work out that i do now in my training shoes.
