i'm really curious how a power lifter can take this stuff and apply it to them so that they can move better. I was making em in my back yard with steel pipes and stuff, ye em. The idea of having a tool that's going to give me that that security, that mind set an myself that i can explore a new movement,. That's number one thing. And the second thing, similar to that steel shot we were talkin, like with the propol speed trainers. Ah, it's got that shift in there. But more importantly, it kind of can act like a coach. Soi it gives you this ability to hear something. You get an audible feedback
