A lot of times people don't think this shit through, especially if they're like trying to log it, right? Because whatever you do on that, it's also dependent upon how the fucking main lift went that day too. So sometimes you're using less weight, not because you just suck at the hamstring curl, but the squat took more out of you. Like I'm not, it's not like I have a set weight I have to do on the hamstring curl. It's about what can I do today within the intensity I have in my head, whether that's 20 pounds or 80 pounds. That doesn't matter to me."
