You refer to a conversation you had with a sport psychologist about, rather than going out to play your best game, actually er refer to your average. And i, for me, that resonates so much. Because in my own consultancy, and again, i'm going to come back to the word negotiation, i try to help players. I try to help them negotiate this notion of, look, i'd like to have my best performance, all close to my best performance,. But i've also got to brace myself and be ready to have our best possible performance. Some days are six out of ten is going to be a damnd good performance.
