Omega threes don't lower or raise Apo B levels in the blood. They will tend to raise HDL cholesterol levels, which is maybe a good thing. The Japanese live four years longer on average than Americans do. Getting your omega three index up and about typical person 1500 milligrams would get you from the average American level up to about eight percent.
