The True Test Is Trying to Be the Fastest on the Group Rider
If you're f t p on paper is two 76 or two 30, your performance is the same. It doesn't matter what that number says, because the true test is actually trying to ride. Most isn't more, it's just right. Getting the most from your training means is well calebrated. If youre constantly giving yourself work that's just out of your reach, then that's fine. Yet, like, detach yourself from f t p, like that is not you. That's also not your performance.
