Why Are People Running?
People would run by me and I'd be like, Oh man, their feet are pronating so bad or oh, that's a really strong. Don't judge cell and interior pelvic. You know, this is a trainer. And then this person ran by, they looked like a gazelle. They were just so smooth, perfect. It looked like it was effortless with how they were running the biomechanics perfect.
