I do track my macros as well as my micros and fiber and stuff like that so just to make sure the energy balances where it needs to be. If I run 20 miles in one day that's an extra 2,000 calories whereas if I come in and I do a lift here it's four or five you know something like that. Finding the right balance is also we shouldn't underestimate the amount of resistance that comes from doing jiu-jitsu even though it's cardio base.
