Rebounding Heel Raises for Irritation
Rebounding heel raises are fast, quick movements for the tendon and get added at high reps. So 20 of these in a row where you're really pushing off and doing it quickly for the patient. As that gets easier for the patient, then progress to single leg rebounding that quick motion. It's not arrested at the bottom, it's approach, and then quickly go back up. But I want this to be in your care for your human.
