Mckenna: What should athletes do in the gym to try to prevent these kinds of injuries overall? And then maybe you can pick a few injuries that you want to discuss in more detail and we can go into them specifically. But let's start with just some prevention, general prevention stuff for people that want to avoid any running injury. Consider training load. If an athlete's had a history of bone stress injuries, Michael, they may do very well to consider taking the 12th week off running altogether. They can get their skeleton desensitized again.
