The Importance of Distance in Progress

The first consideration for most people is distance. And absolutely range of motion. So if your distance becomes less, you're doing less work. The other thing I notice is range of motion starts to Totally Starts to shorten. It's like exploring those end ranges and it doesn't have to be with the beginning in the beginning.
