How to Start a Quarterly Newsletter

I'm still getting used to the position. It's going to take a while but everyone on the board is already annoyed at me for pushing so many emails with all kinds of ideas and things to try to do. The thing I can talk about right now is that I put out this idea of starting a quarterly newsletter. Just a quarterly newsletter where we would sum up the conlanging events of the last quarter and give also some talk a bit about what we've been doing at the LCS itself. But there are there are things in the pipeline but before I make big announcements I want to to I want to have something more concrete to present.
