i don't share this intuition at all that there's no number of people who could watch the world cupwere it would be justified to allow someone to die by electrocution. Many people have died in order to cause this event to go ahead. I'd be curious to know what survey would actually find about a wide selection of randomly chosen people from the public make of cases like this. Ye, i think the sort of, the key issue that it raises is how one should formulate this view for conditions of uncertainty. Whereas saying people who think that you should definitely, no matter what, like always shut things off in order to save the person from electrocution are completely inconsistent with other actions
