How to Play a Multi-Use Card Game

The first game that you played the first multi-use card game that you have played it was upfront 1983 I'll never forget it. The new license game should be announced shortly so hopefully I'll be able to stop referring to it so um so vaguely but that one also has this same idea of you know action points and events on the cards  and you have to choose which one you want to use.
