The Importance of Elasticity in Strength Training
In phase one, you need to have some sort of low level jumping. For me, we are going to do jump and land. And that's nice that we can get some regular jumps that helps. But we're working on the mechanics. We don't want to introduce one force and expect it to prevent an injury with an entirely different force. I hope people are really appreciating when they're hearing all this, just why it takes so long to see results.
