How to Train for a Better Body

I train seven days a week and some of those are multiple times a day. I try to self-regulate but i have a framework it varies a little bit season to season right now we're going into bear seasons so there's going to be more archery and more running  but archery i just plug in as an active recovery session for upper body, you know two birds with one stone which is again a big part of what i always try to do.
