A Guilt-Free Nap

Sleeping on a plane is guilt-free snoozing. You don't have any internet at all. It's not really enough space to work on your laptop. So we love sleep. The next thing would be reducing junk food. Maybe a better way of refacing that would be increasing vegetable intake, adding more vegetables. Not only is it going to help their digestion, but it will make people feel full of for longer.
