The exercise component of hypertrophy is still relevant to fitness, but it's a little bit of a different area. I think that my interest peak has already occurred and that I'm sort of maybe on the downslope of my hypertrophy interest at this point. And ironically, because of that, that those are actually the podcasts that I almost skip over with it. But there's somebody who's new to that area, then it's great. So anyway, so we'll dive into it.
