The Consistent Routine Is Important

As a new runner, you might have some soreness lingering. When your muscles are hurting like that, the best thing to do is go out and move easy again. Not doing anything is actually less productive for them than going out and then moving easy again. What we say is I think it's like motion as lotion - movement equals blood flow equals healing.
