I think a Dell has a great question she always uses when we're talking to clients and you're cuts away at all, minutia. It's like almost like the magic wand question, right? But what it does is that it forces the person to take a look at one, the possibility of success. And it makes them say it. When you put words out there, you're getting a sense of what they're thinking. We call that theme development. If you are repeating something a few times, all right, I know now in my head, I'm going to make a memo note that's significant to that person. Let's start building that thread out.
