The Importance of Moderation

I love coffee. I've chosen not to drink alcohol simply because my husband used to be an alcoholic or had battle with alcoholism in the first few years of our marriage and stopped completely. So I have a bit of a hatred towards alcohol, but I would never be anti-someone drink. And I think it's great if it works for you to drink in moderation, but really find your balance and understand your bio-individuality when it comes to alcohol.
