The Rise of the Entrepreneur Mindset in Europe
Companies who are profitable will have, in average, a smaller size than we used to have right now. This is why I think overall, probably the size is coming down. It's kind of almost like we're all being shifted into this entrepreneur mindset,. Like singular, entrepreneur in whatever position that we have in a company. If you've never been empowered, if you were just like executing what someone else told you, because you were just used to being in a directive organization. And this is something that I still see in Europe.
