Support Requests Are Challenging, Right?
I rarely get, I haven't told this yet, I rarely get support requests. But when I do, they can be gnarly. Sometimes the support requests are challenging and they'll take, they'll take several hours out of a day. And it's hard for me as kind of an ambitious, excited person not to think like I have so many ideas for simple file upload ways that could grow.
