The Benefits of Red Light Therapy for Workouts
I'm wondering if, cause okay, red light therapy reduces inflammation. But I normally do a post cause I work out and then it's like nice to do that after all. So on the flip side activates mitochondria, which could power workouts. And what I find for me, if I come in and I get heated up on a red light therapy or a tanning bed before I work out, I'd rather like get warm, like train.
