Lacto Fermentation
Lacto fermentation is the kind of fermentation that gets you dill pickles, sour crout and kimche. Lactic acid producing bacteria make up a lot of our microbiom all the micro organisms that live insideus. They play various important roles in our digestion and overall health. If you don't see a time laps shot of dill pickle fermenting in that video, you will know it did not work.
