The Relationship Between Endurance and Strength
If you're not strong enough yet, it will make you strong. Then you are. But there's a ceiling to that progression to how much stronger you can get because it literally is the warm up. Well, and also you don't do any bent arm loaded loaded bent arm work. So just missing out some fairly major dimensions of strength movement or like 30 32 our exercises. You know, I mean, there's probably a separate conversation, but we've been talking a lot in the courses at the moment about the relationship between endurance and strength.
