There's a good technique called the question behind the question. It does really behove people to drop their guard with their recruiter and let them know what's going on behind the scenes. You don't have to get into all the knitty gretty, but saying a, you know, i'm looking for a place that respects my tie. I'm off when i'm asking for it, or something like that,. That really helps them. Just means they have ferent priorities.
