The Importance of Personalization in Product Lead Growth
I think any product person that listens to us is always very worried about personalizing a product without the clear outcome. Well, especially because then you need to optimize across not only one segment, but let's say five segments that are personalized. And how do you know that those five are still the optimal experiences for those five? So I'm very apprehensive of going into personalization too soon. Even if I do, I test out of it often within couple of years before going back in.
