The more you're distracted, the less space anxiety has to come into your mind. The most painful part of my day was trying to go to sleep because i couldn't fall asleep. All the ways that i was screwing up my life came bubbling up and i had no no defence, no distraction, no shield. I became a self helped junky by listening to audio books about development all the time. And if i feel productive, then i won't feel so much like a failure.
