The Importance of Choosing a Goal
There's a tool called woven, which helps organizations run like tests or when they're trying to hire new engineers. They would just give them some problems that we are working on right now and you know, give them like a small app that was broken and ask them to fix it. That's an example of how, of how a need gets created. Because I think it's also very important too, right? This is something that my research does and what jobs to be done,. Like one really interesting thing that jobs to bedone does that I think has never been, I don't say never, but I'm unaware of, which is describing how a need is created," he said.
