I think there's that thing where if you've done something often enough, so if you do public speaking often enough or speak to a camera often, you stop being anxious about it. So finally, when you're in situ and you're doing the thing, it then becomes a bit more automatic and then you get a high out of it. And then I think that sort of encourages you to fall into the next time. The first time I did live television, I could not hear because my heart, my pulse in my ears was so loud.
