High Intensity Interval Training

The brisk walking or treadmill was enough for these older caregivers. If you can tolerate the intensity, you're getting a faster, shorter, more efficient workout. High intensity interval training is a beautiful example of hermetic stress that we then trigger ourselves to recover and restore from in a more intense way than say brisk walking. Makes the case for wild fatty fish, wild salmon, sardines.
