Dwight: I think i've become really good about focusing on the thing i'm doing right now and not worrying about, you know, the things that i know that are wrong. So for example, if i'm fixing a bug on a web site, typically, depending on the bug, thatn range from 30 minutes to an hour and a half on average. And as a result, whenever those pieces come up, like, oh, well, i'll put it on the calendar for to morrow. It's not going to kill anybody to wait until then, cause i've got other things that are more important. The trick is that i don't always then schedule time later
